About ME
Why This Movement Exists
I’m a Naval officer with an M.A. in Pastoral Counseling from Regent University.
I’ve been married for 14 years and am a father of six.
I’ve walked through seasons in my marriage where I wasn’t sure we’d make it. I’ve also experienced moments as a father where I felt distracted, disconnected, and spread thin.
Through those seasons, I learned something critical: we don’t win at home by accident.
My graduate training taught me the intersection of theology and psychology. My military service taught me leadership under pressure. My marriage and six kids taught me what actually works in real life.
Locked In Men was built from real conversations, real struggles, and real resets—with one clear goal: helping men show up better at home.
This is a community for men who are committed to leading well today so the generations after will be blessed.
